It comes from the Buddhist tradition but it can be adapted and practiced by anyone, regardless of religious affiliation; loving-kindness meditation is essentially about cultivating love. The loving-kindess meditation helps to attract love into every area of your life so that you can manifest more peace, grace and meaningful connections in your daily life. This meditation is a beautiful heart-opener and can help to heal the heart chakra.
