About the author
Clair Summer studied Psychology but after experiencing a debilitating illness in her 20s, she retrained as a qualified Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Clair has first-hand experience of the healing power of food and overcame her condition through entirely natural means. She then went on to found Nutrique, a successful nutritional therapy clinic specialising in women's reproductive health and weight-loss. Although now engaged in the world of tarot and its use a potent means to connect to the subconscious, Clair is still very much involved in the nutrition community and passionate about healthy eating.
